Jordan has been a senior leader in some of the largest retailers in the UK for 10 years, Asda/Walmart and Morrisons, operating at Director level with extensive experience leading teams across all aspects of Technology and Transformation. Before working in retail, Jordan also has significant experience in Utilities (10 years) and Business Process Outsourcing (5 years) and has developed reusable skills that can be useful across any industry. 

He’s well known for his transformational approach and his drive to constantly speed up and improve the way that work gets done, increasing the pace of delivering growth and productivity benefits to the overall business whilst also reducing the operational costs of running technology. Jordan has personally led double digit multi-million pound transformation programmes to drive significant business benefits and has experience of leading large in house, permanent teams within some of the largest companies in the UK. 

Jordan’s skills and experience cover the full breadth of technology and transformation, from strategy and concept through to delivery and support of business solutions and has senior level relationships into many of the world’s largest technology organisations.

Outside of work, Jordan likes to spend time with his family, including their small dog and dedicates time every week to staying both physically and mentally fit. Jordan loves to travel and enjoy good food with family and friends.
